Our Finance teams work as advisors in financial matters for our local entities all over the world and are responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all financial activities of our group and ensure the profitability and liquidity of Delivery Hero.
Finance/ Corporate Finance
Our Finance teams anticipate emerging needs and deliver exceptional services anywhere, anytime. Our M&A team deals with high profile M&A transactions. They prepare business cases, models, analyze key business drivers and support fundraising activities as well as lead post merger integration.
Our Finance Systems team deals with the the SAP solutions of the whole group. Delivery Hero is using state-of-art solutions like S/4HANA 1610, BPC 11.0, Lumira 2.0 and many more SAP innovations. The team continuously deploys SAP to Delivery Hero subsidiaries worldwide to enhance the finance and administrative processes.
The legal department of Delivery Hero handles legal issues that may come up in the course of business. One of the most important roles our legal department plays is being legal advisers. They ensure that the company is getting the best legal representation and advice possible.
People Operations at Delivery Hero act as a strategic partner supporting the company and the management to find the best people and to stay as an employer of choice by attracting, sustaining, and inspiring great people, with great passion, working for a great purpose.
International/ Business Development
Our international team and Business Development functions are responsible for assessing local challenges and implementing key initiatives in their local markets or internationally. We value the sharing of best practices across countries.
M&A is an essential part of our company history, and consolidation in our industry is still ongoing. We also explore investments into businesses which add well to our existing product proposition, supporting us to build ‘an amazing takeaway experience.
Product Management is responsible for defining the 'why', 'what,' and 'when' of the product that the engineering team will build. They are the owner of their product -- which means they work in and direct cross-functional teams from a product's conception through to its launch.
Our Operations teams are concerned with designing and controlling our processes and redesigning business operations in the production of our services. They are responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.
The Management Team is the highest executive level of Delivery Hero and is responsible for all administrative and strategic decisions
Our aim is to establish solid relationships with (potential) new restaurant partners and be the first point of contact for new restaurants. We educate the market on our business methods and products including innovations and increase earning potential for all of our partners using our platform to collectively aid individual businesses. In Sales, we work as a team to push the business strategies and company mission.
