Berlin, 25 August 2022 – Delivery Hero SE (“Delivery Hero” or the “Company”), the world’s leading local delivery platform, has successfully completed the pilot of the Delivery Hero Tech Academy (“DHTA”) – the Company’s flagship initiative for supporting diversity in tech.
The DHTA program spanned 9.5-months, equipping students with the knowledge of the Java and Python coding languages to launch their careers as entry-level engineers at Delivery Hero. It also included a three-month internship in one of the Company’s tech and product teams.
Delivery Hero is proud to announce that at the completion of the program, more than 75% of the cohort have been hired as full-time employees.
