NiklasNiklas Östberg is the Co-Founder and CEO of Delivery Hero. He has been involved in the start-up scene since the late 90's after spending several years in consulting and banking.
Following five years as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman, he co-founded Pizza.nu (later OnlinePizza. se) where he served as a full-time chairman. He was responsible for building up the clear market leaders in online food ordering companies in Poland, Finland and Austria.
Niklas holds a Master of Industrial Engineering & Management from Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm & ETH Zurich.
DoreenDoreen Huber has been Chief Operations Officer (COO) for Delivery Hero since January 2013, after having been Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for 2 years. The areas of her responsibility include HR, Internal Communications, International Sales, Customer Care and B2B Marketing.
Prior to joining Lieferheld Doreen served as CSO of eKomi and built the companies International sales force.
In 2005 she had co-founded the sales agency Yields. Sales & Services, providing enterprises with International online marketing and sales services. Reference customers include Yahoo, Vattenfall, Financial Times, Opodo, Strato, ClickandBuy and many more. Yields was acquired by eKomi Ltd. in 2010. From 2002 to 2005 Doreen was Head of Sales Germany, Austria and Switzerland of VeriSign, a Nasdaq 100 company.
Doreen holds a Master’s degree in Media Science, Literature and Art History of Humboldt University Berlin.
FrankFrank is the Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) and responsible for all tech projects at Delivery Hero including the development of our websites and mobile products as well as the IT systems serving our business processes.
Prior to joining Delivery Hero, Frank developed the first fully functional E-Commerce software in 1994 and co-founded Intershop AG. He was responsible for the entire product line of Intershop for over 10 years. Frank also co-founded ALEA and developed an order management and logistics software optimized for the needs of Internet sale as E-Commerce back-office.
Frank studied computer science at the Technical University of Leipzig/Germany and in Manchester/England.
HugoHugo Suidman joined Delivery Hero in January 2013 as Chief Marketing Officer.
In this role Hugo is responsible for the global marketing ambitions of Delivery Hero. Prior to this position Hugo worked in several marketing and management positions in the telecom industry of Germany and the Netherlands. Hugo has a big passion for consumer marketing, building brands and leading teams.
Hugo holds two masters degrees from Leiden University, one in German linguistics and the other in Company Law.
NikitaNikita Fahrenholz is the co-founder and Chief Business Development Officer of Delivery Hero. He is responsible for global market development, M&A and new market sourcing.
Before joining Delivery Hero, Nikita worked as a management consultant with McKinsey&Company where he advised clients across Europe.
Nikita holds a Diploma and Bachelor with Honors degree in European Business and Finance from Lancaster University Management School (UK) and European School of Business Reutlingen (DE).
ClaudeClaude Ritter is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Delivery Hero.
Before Lieferheld, Claude spent 5 years in China as CEO of The NetCircle, a 50 person web company that develops and operates niche community websites with more than 3 million users. He also co-founded duqi.com, a Chinese real-time photo sharing site (now defunct), and Aionics, a Swiss-based web agency.
Claude holds a university deegree in Business Information System from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
MartinMartin Dachselt is the VP Tech at Lieferheld.
While studying Mathematics at the University of Saarbrücken, Martin founded the Internet service provider Netfab GmbH in 1996. The company was a major contributor to the development of the Firstgate ClickandBuy payment system. He transferred to Firstgate Internet AG in 2001 and went on to serve as the VP for IT Operations where he oversaw ClickandBuy's entire IT processes. Martin left Firstgate to join Lieferheld in October 2011.
JorgeJorge Fernandes joined Delivery Hero on Jan 1, 2013 as Global Head of Human Resources.
As such he is responsible for all HR related matters worldwide.
Prior to joining Delivery Hero, Jorge served since 2008 as Group Director HR at MAXAM Germany Group. There, as well as in his previous functions also as Head of HR (focus: start-up companies), his main areas of activity have been implementing, setting up and developing the function and efficiency of HR Departments, fostering the productivity and service range of HR while implementing a convincing people strategy.
Jorge holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics of Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz.
MarkusMarkus co-founded Delivery Hero and serves as the Head of Special
Projects e.g. international expansion strategy, new markets and local
team building.
Markus is also a Venture Partner at Team Europe and has over 10 years' experience working internationally as a founder and an investor. Among many other startup involvements, he co-founded the Web2Asia incubator, was an advisor at the Austrian VC firm Gamma Capital Partners and has made various angels investment in Internet startups.
Markus studied Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship as well as Biotechnology in Vienna and Shanghai.
LukaszLukasz Gadowski serves as a Board Member at Delivery Hero. He advises the company’s management with regard to strategy, financing and building the organisation.
Lukasz is an Internet entrepreneur and investor, and a Founding Partner at Team Europe. Amongst many other ventures, he is the founder of spreadshirt.com as well as co-founder of studiVZ and brands4friends.com. Since 2007, he has been active as an angel investor and was involved in the launch of numerous Internet companies. Lukasz has been recognised with numerous awards for his entrepreneurial work.
Lukasz studied Business Informatics in Paderborn, as well as Business in Mannheim and at the HHL Leipzig.
KoljaKolja Hebenstreit is a Board Member at Delivery Hero. He provides advice to the company’s management with regard to marketing, product management, recruiting and strategy.
Kolja is also a Founding Partner at Team Europe where he initiates the founding of new businesses and supports the existing portfolio. Kolja previously developed global online marketing and the consumer division of spreadshirt.com. At the same time he was active as an angel investor in approximately 15 start-ups, such as brands4friends, amiando, and studiVZ.
Edward
Edward Shenderovich is a Board Member at Delivery Hero.
Edward is the founder of Kite Ventures, a venture investment company based in Moscow. He is also an investor in Darberry.ru (acquired by Groupon), Tradeshift, Sponsorpay, and Ostrovok.ru among others. Prior to Kite, Edward was a founding executive at SUP, a Moscow-based online media company, which operates Livejournal.com, Gazeta.ru, and Championat.ru. Edward is also a co-founder and board member of Ixtens, a NYC-based multichannel commerce enabler.
Christian
Christian Winter is a Board Member at Delivery Hero. As the Managing Director of Tengelmann Ventures and Tengelmann E-Commerce (online investment branch of Tengelmann) he brings on board great experience in successfully developing online business models. Prior to his involvement with Tengelmann, Christian served as Head of E-Business at Douglas Holding AG and as a Managing Director at Karstadt.
Christian studied Business and holds a Diploma from University of Dortmund.
