We are Heroes because we care. This is one of our core values at Delivery Hero, and it means that we want to be a company where everyone feels like they belong. As a company with operations in around 50 countries and our headquarters in the vibrant heart of Berlin, diversity has always been ingrained into our DNA. However, we know that diversity doesn’t stop with a multitude of cultures. Introducing Delivery Hero’s Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board

Established in 2021, the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board (“DAB”) acts as an internal and external body of expertise and experience to influence and improve Delivery Hero’s D&I work. 

The mandate of the board is three-fold: provide regular advice and act as a sounding board for the D&I program, strengthen the global inclusion work across the group, as well as being ambassadors within and outside the organization – championing D&I at Delivery Hero and beyond. Learn more.
