Delivery Hero’s Legal Department recognized as M&A in-house team of the year at the 2023 JUVE Awards

Berlin, 31 October 2023 – Delivery Hero, the world’s leading local delivery platform, was recognized as having the M&A in-house team of the year at this year’s JUVE Awards, held on October 26th at Alte Oper Frankfurt. These awards are presented to law firms and legal departments in Germany who have stood out in their respective fields.

In this category, the JUVE editorial team honors M&A teams from legal departments in companies that have handled large complex transactions in house, especially at an international level. The Delivery Hero team were praised in particular for their approach to the company’s Glovo transaction, which was completed in 2022. The team was described by one lawyer as “the future of in-house M&A”.
